Creating Your Own Project
We will begin by creating a new presentation in PowerPoint 2008. We'll choose a slide layout and add a background color to the slide, before duplicating it a number of times. Then, we'll add an image and text describing a different point in the life cycle of a frog to each slide. We'll learn how to add, position, and adjust the size of our images, as well as add, edit, and format the text. We'll view our slides in the Slide Sorter and learn how to mix up the order of our slides. Then, we'll save the slides so that the original document can't be changed, and invite our friends to see if they can put the slides back in the proper order again.
