Creating Your Own Project
This project uses an Internet-based spreadsheet application that allows for collaboration between groups of learners who could be located anywhere in the world. Learners may work individually or in groups to record their data. The example project involves recording rainfall data for six cities around the world. Collaborators are entering monthly totals into the spreadsheet online. They will set up formulas in the spreadsheet to figure totals and averages, as well as explore different ways to share and report on their collective data.
