Ontario Ministry of Education Selects Atomic Learning to Provide Online Training for Geometer's Sketchpad

LITTLE FALLS MN , April 15, 2005, The Ontario Ministry of Education has licensed Atomic Learning's tutorial training on the software application, Geometer's Sketchpad. This agreement provides Ontario public schools, native education authorities, and faculties of education with 24 x 365 access to more than 60 Atomic Learning tutorial movies.

Geometer's Sketchpad is a powerful construction and exploration tool used extensively in mathematics curriculum from middle school to university. Atomic Learning provides online training for Geometer's Sketchpad that is delivered via short (one to three minute), easy-to-understand movies that provide personal, on-demand answers to those 'How do I do that?'questions.

"We have received many accolades on the comprehensiveness and ease of use of our Geometer's Sketchpad tutorials." said Chuck Amos, Atomic Learning's CEO. "The Province of Ontario's selection of Atomic Learning affirms the value of these tutorials."

The Ontario Ministry of Education licenses software that is recommended by the Ontario Software Acquisition Program Advisory Committee. This software is then offered through the Ontario Educational Software Service (OESS) to all Ontario public and separate school boards, native education authorities, and university faculties of education.

OESS provides software for all subject areas and grade levels.
