Description

The process for creating the example project using SMART® Notebook is described below.  The Completed Project Movie shows what the finished product might look like. The tutorial movies that follow demonstrate, step-by-step, how to construct the "What's Your Mood?" interactive whiteboard activity using sample images provided with the whiteboard software. This project can be easily modified or adapted for other subject areas or other grade/skill levels.  For a complete project description, including goals, objectives, and materials, see the Project Overview.

Creating Your Own Project
This is a quick and easy interactive whiteboard project that can be created by the instructor for use with students, or created from scratch by the students themselves.  We’ll be creating a fun activity that invites participants to choose an image that represents their current mood.  We’ll learn how to add a background and text to the page, find images in the Resource Gallery, and learn how to use some of the draw tools, in case participants want to draw their own picture of a face that represents their current mood.  This is a great project to initiate group interaction and discussion.
