Channel Partner Manager
The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for developing new reseller partner sales channels and maintaining/growing relationships with existing resellers, leading to achievement of sales and profitability goals through these channel relationships.
This role includes the identification of appropriate channel partners, evaluation of viable channel partners based on strategic fit, establishment of relationships, and management of distribution channels inline with growth and revenue goals. The Channel Partner Manager represents the entire range of Atomic Learning products and services through channel partners across geographical and market segments.
Responsibilities include 5+ years of channel sales management or business development experience and a successful track record in working with resellers, consultants, partners or vendors.
Account Support Specialist
Work closely with our K12 and Higher Education Account Management teams. Responsibilities include account support for our K12 and Higher Education Account Managers including generating renewal notices, monitoring utilization reports, researching contact information, pulling reports, recording customer communication and other miscellaneous project support for the sales and service teams.
Qualifications include at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience, excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Be responsible for developing and implementing new business relationships in schools in a designated territory. You will identify leads, perform product demonstrations through the web, prepare and present proposals, close sales and ensure a successful partnership with our customers.
Qualifications include sales and customer service experience, strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent communication skills. K12 or Higher Education experience preferred.
