The Account Manager-Implementation Specialist is responsible for partnering with all new higher education customers to develop and carry out implementation plans. They act as the primary point-of-contact for customer’s everyday needs including service requests, general inquiries/questions, conflict resolution and training. Qualifications include at least a 2-year degree and 4+ years of customer service or sales experience. This position will be located in our Little Falls Office.

The Educational Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing new business relationships with K-12 schools, colleges, and universities to achieve assigned annual revenue targets for their respective territory. Qualifications include: a high school diploma is required (bachelor’s degree preferred), consultative sales experience (inside or outside), and successful sales track record with “hunter” mentality.
Qualifications include four or more years of design, development and support of web applications; specifically Python and experience working with source code version control such as GIT.
The Technical Integration Specialist is responsible for managing all remote authentication and integration implementations for new and current customers of Atomic Learning. This person will communicate directly with customers to provide information regarding the options available, answer questions, obtains necessary information from customers and works to complete the technical setup on the Atomic Learning side.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 3+ years of customer service experience, technical competence (experience with technical troubleshooting, account access and authentication preferred) excellent communication and time management skills. This position will be located in our Little Falls office.
