The Higher Education Territory Sales Manager--Midwest Territory is responsible for developing and implementing new business relationships with college and universities in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska.
Some of the responsibilities are develop new business within an assigned territory, research and prospect to identify and qualify new potential customers followed by utilizing a consultative sales approach, attend tradeshows to promote Atomic Learning and develop leads, prepare and present sales proposals in-person and over the web, and Ensure the success of the partnership between AL and the college or university.
A few qualifications are High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred), consultative sales experience (inside or outside), and ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
This position will perform a variety of tasks that include the positioning, development and deployment of assessments. The Associate Assessment Designer will design and implement effective assessments.
Responsibilities include developing individually, or through collaboration, desired learning outcomes for newly created or established training; partnering with subject matter experts to develop effective assessments that correlate to content or training prior to the production of that content; authoring engaging, media-rich assessments; publishing and deploying assessments; developing best practices for ongoing assessment development; and management and organization of assessment deployment.
Qualifications include a four-year degree in education or instructional design, experience in design assessments, and knowledge of assessment software and technologies.
The Help Desk Technician provides support for company software applications and computer equipment, troubleshoots and advises internal users on issue resolutions, and maintains company information technology assets.
Qualifications include a 2 year degree in Information Computer Technology or equivalent experience, knowledge of both Microsoft and Apple operating systems, and ability to solve problems and effectively communicate solutions.
The Lead Development Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to inbound leads to nurture and determine fit and decision making role for Atomic Learning’s education business sectors.
Primary responsibility includes outbound calling to defined leads to nurture inquiries from marketing initiatives and pass relevant leads to the sales team. The successful candidate will be capable of coordinating and managing their daily tasks, with leadership and guidance from the Marketing Director and other team members. Ideal candidates will be independent workers who are enthusiastic, confident, hardworking and eager to learn about the products the company offers in the education sector. They will have relevant experience in lead qualification or sales outbound calling.
Qualifications include 6 to 12 months of phone experience in a customer service, call center or inside sales role, Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and Strong ability to actively listen and determine customer’s needs.

This person sets product roadmap priorities for their Impact Team and collaborates with development teams to lead activities such as engineering, development, launch, training, implementation, and continuation.
Serve as the primary support for Atomic Learning’s product network and server infrastructure, monitor health of product related system and implement product hardware and software systems. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, a strong background working with Linux operating systems, knowledge of VMWare, knowledge or experience working with firewalls and load balancers; Cisco certification preferred.
Be responsible for developing and implementing new business relationships in schools in a designated territory. You will identify leads, perform product demonstrations through the web, prepare and present proposals, close sales and ensure a successful partnership with our customers.
Qualifications include sales and customer service experience, strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent communication skills. K12 or Higher Education experience preferred.
