Product Manager

The Product Manager of Education is responsible for leading a team accountable for identification, coordination, integration, and implementation of market-driven solutions that support long-term organizational growth and profitability. The Product Manager deeply understands challenges in education markets and forms business proposals aligned to company strategies and priorities. This person collaborates with the VP of Product and Product Managers of other markets to set product roadmap priorities, and then collaborates with development teams to lead activities such as development, launch, training, implementation, and continuation.

Lead Qualification Specialist

The Lead Qualification Specialist is responsible for reaching out to inbound leads to determine fit and decision making role for Atomic Learning’s education business sectors.

Primary responsibility includes outbound calling to defined leads to research and qualify inquiries from marketing initiatives and pass relevant leads to the sales team. The successful candidate will be capable of coordinating and managing their daily tasks, with leadership and guidance from the Marketing Director and other team members.

Ideal candidates will be independent workers who are enthusiastic, confident, hardworking and eager to learn about the products the company offers in the education sector. They will have relevant experience in lead qualification or sales outbound calling.

Front-end Web Developer

The Front-end Web Developer will work with other departments in developing improved functionality on our websites through scripting techniques. This person will collaborate with teammates to come up with new ideas and solutions for our websites as well as complete site maintenance work.

Responsibilities include implementing layouts and images onto our websites using HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash and other web-based scripting techniques and formats, developing and maintaining web style guides, and working with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include 3-4 years of front-end development experience, proficiency with JavaScript libraries, and experience with Google Analytics.

Territory Sales Rep/Manager

The Territory Sales Rep/Manager (Hunter) is responsible for development of the Midwest Territory and is a direct contributor sales position. The core mission is to grow revenue from the assigned territory through territory development focused on new business acquisition.

Qualifications include 2 years documented success in an Inside Sales/New Business role, experience in the use of a database CRM tool, and the ability to communicate company vision and solutions as well as match specific customer requirements to those visions, delivering on the promise. Base rate plus commissions.

Catalyst Web Developer

The Catalyst Web Developer contributes to all phases of the product development lifecycle and provides technical development and support skills to the product team. This position requires a continually growing knowledge of (and comfort with) Linux, Apache, PostgreSQL, Perl, Catalyst Framework, Javascript, HTML, XML, CSS and AJAX.
