Account Manager

The Account Manager serves as the primary contact with Atomic Learning’s customers and is responsible for overall customer satisfaction. This individual is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships to encourage new and repeat business opportunities, as well as represent the customers’ needs and goals to the organization.

Qualifications include 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, a sincere desire to provide high-quality service, and ability to handle stressful situations and deadlines.

Associate Software Engineer

The Associate Software Engineer contributes to all phases of the product development lifecycle and provides both technical development and support to the product team. This position requires knowledge of and comfort working with Perl, Python, RESTful APIs, Linux, Apache, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, and AJAX.

Qualifications include 2+ years of design, development, and support of Web applications (specifically Python and Perl) and experience working with source code version control, such as GIT.

Educational Sales Consultant

The Educational Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing new business relationships with K-12 schools, colleges, and universities to achieve assigned annual revenue targets for their respective territory. Qualifications include: a high school diploma is required (bachelor’s degree preferred), consultative sales experience (inside or outside), and successful sales track record with “hunter” mentality.
